Memory loss, Dementia, Alzheimer's?
Don't give up!
A unique collaboration with Hadassah Medical Center – a clinic for cognitive diagnosis and treatment according to Prof. Wertman's method. Intensive Neuropsychogeriatric Evaluation, Treatment and Prevention plan allows detection of most medical conditions which can be treated, and determining a plan which improves the patient's and family's quality of life.
Life-changing diagnosis method
After implementing the INETAP method with over 4000 patients in the last decade, Prof. Wertman discovered that most patients have many existing medical conditions which affect the brain and can be treated. Patients report:
Social inclusion improvement
Daily function improvement
Cognitive improvement
"My mother was diagnosed with dementia, and we were frustrated, we couldn’t communicate with her. We were referred to Merhavim and they improved mom's condition significantly!"

Research and data collection
During the meetings we will focus on collecting data regarding general medical conditions, and cognitive and behavioral functions. We will discuss the difficulties, medical history, and specifically detection of medical conditions which, upon treatment, have a high chance of improving mental state.
Consultation, diagnosis, and recommendations
Including psychiatric, psychogeriatric, and geriatric consultation if necessary. A report is written with recommendations for tests and initial treatment, followed by a multidisciplinary discussion regarding the patient with updated medical diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
Treatment and follow-up
We continue to follow-up with the patient to verify recommendations are performed accordingly, as well as detecting changes requiring actions. Additionally, the patient will be referred to rehab, cognitive training, and consultations if needed.
